We obtain maternity coverage details, including the planned place of birth, provider type, newborn care, home visits and lactation. We also ask about any limitations or exclusions in your specific plan. If a gap request or prior authorization is applicable, we will submit one for you.
A verification of Benefits should be done prior to starting care, but one can be done at any point.
